Happy Sunday. I hope the first weekend of March is treating you well.
Have you enjoyed this week’s mini-series? I have really enjoyed writing and researching them this week. I have learnt a huge amount and have a new respect for these green leafy (and sometimes slightly woody) plants. It is amazing what nature had provided us with to heal and promote health. I truly thank God for it.
One of the most interesting things I have noticed is how phytochemicals and phytonutrients are the power houses of these plants. They really are the key to the herb success. I also noticed how many of these herbs, usually used in the kitchen for culinary uses, help with stomach and gastrointestinal issues. No wonder! Self treatment and all that! Makes so much sense to me.
And now the personal news from me. This week has brought some amazingly exciting news for my husband and I. We have been offered an unbeatable opportunity to move into a new home. We have take up this offer and need to get our own house ready to put onto the market. As I am sure you are aware, this is a very time consuming and energy draining task. Please forgive me if my blogging is not quite so regular in the coming weeks. I will do my level best to blog every day, but it might not happen, even with the best will in the world.
Please bear with me and keep reading!
Have a great day!
